Anger Management required!!!?

II have been feeling anger, desperate and sad for two weeks without any reason. Ultimately, I don’t have patient to deal even with the minimum problems and issues. I have been treating very badly to everyone that surrounds me including my family co-workers and friends.

I can’t find the reasons which lead me to this situation and I ´m starting to isolate myself in order to avoid more damages to third parties or misunderstandings. The fact that everyone is telling me “take it easy” is driving me crazy. Take it easy about what??

I already know that I just depend on me to change my mood, but honestly speaking, the harder I try, the worst I feel.

Do you think this is just a matter of time or stress? (Actually, I don’t have reasons to feel stressed).

Have you been like this before? Your suggestions to solve this situation will be appreciated.

    i had the same problems and still do from time to time you need to see a doctor tell him how you feel and let them give you something for this ,trust me it is very real and you can make a lot of people go away from you if you don’t get help take this serious and seek medical attention please

    Yes, I’ve had the problems you’ve described – and therapy and medication were the answers, in my case. Because you don’t know what is causing you problems, you should call your general MD, who can refer you elsewhere if necessary, or give you medication.

    I go through that every so often – exactly that way.
    I found out what helps is to get out and treat yourself to something not stressful and fun – ask a friend to come along, anything to get you smiling for at least a little while will make you feel better.

    Hey! I think it’s better to visit a specialist,maybe not exactly a shrink but at least a good psychologist..Bear im mind that all in relation to the mental state must be observed very seriously..Maybe you need a proper medication..Go ahead and don’t look for replies in yahoo answers but to a specialist..

    As a nurse, I would need more information. What gender you are and how old you are. If you are a young male or female it could b e hormone fluctuations. My best advice would be for you to see a doctor. You could be in a state of deep depression and not realize it because it manifests itself as anger. Depression isn’t always being quiet and listless and sad. You could have a chemical imbalance. You really need to see a doctor, before this situation cripples your social and personal life. Becoming a hermit will not solve the problem. Good luck.

    You get angry without any reason and being isolated to avoid interpersonal conflict. A mild depression(agitated depression) present. Hopeful that you have come round shortly. But if it persists then you may go to a psychiatrist.
